In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively Take responsibility for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing best practices for React.js development Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met Professional & Technical Skills Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks for React.js applications Knowledge of modern JavaScript ES6+ features Additional Information The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js This position is based at our Pune office A 15 years full-time education is required Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in application development Proficiency in React.js and state management libraries like Redux Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks for React.js applications Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript ES6+ features
